"Change" period
This part lasts until the weight is reduced to the desired result. And it usually lasts up to 7 months.
The name "Alternation" is based on the fact that protein days alternate with protein-vegetable days in a circle. The number of days spent in the circle can be chosen at your own discretion. The main thing is that both days should be the same.
